Rules:
1. If the customer want to return or exchange due to personal reason (with non-quality problems), the customer can contact the logistics company to pick up the package and bear the return freight (the cost is based on the logistics company selected by the customer), after we receive the item, we will arrange the refund to them
2. Due to size/product quality issues to be returned (voltage inconsistency/cannot be used, etc.)
① We can send exchange items for free, but customers need to bear the cost of 20-30 US dollars or more fees for shipping( depends on the weight)
② If the quality is damaged or missed, we can resend the item and shipping fees for free
③ Missed/wrong product, after checking, we can resend to customers for free
For refund :
1. We need to check the issue firstly, and to see if the customer needs to return to our china warehouse or not
2. If we agree to refund, pls record the order id and phone number
3. We will arrange the refund by the logistic company
3. Can I cancel my order before the product arrives at me?
You can cancel your order at any time before shipping from our warehouse. If the order begins to ship, it cannot be canceled.
